"This is hands down my favorite store to visit and their selection is outstanding. Benjamin is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. I swear I leave on a high every single time just from how joyful it is in there. Plus the place smells divine at all times. It's just a great shop with great people, and I can't recommend it highly enough."

"I’m a rock shop snob and this place was PHENOMENAL!! SUCH a great new find in the Denver area. incredible selection, fun store layout, prices were very reasonable for the quality of pieces they offered, and the staff was super knowledgeable and very friendly. The employee that helped my friend and I was super attentive, answered all of our questions, and helped us see as many rocks as we wanted. Great experience. 11/10 would recommend"

"This shop is amazing! There are multiple rooms and so much to choose from at great prices! My boyfriend bought me a chakra rock chip bracelet and I got a mystery bag for $22 which was worth so much more! This is a must stop metaphysical shop and exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Mountain Mineral Market!"

"Love this place! I usually go shop around once a week or so because the energy is so comforting. I went to my first event last night for the full moon and had so much fun! Everyone was super helpful and kind, per usual. Josh and the other gal (didn’t catch her name) that were ringing me up were so kind and just radiating good, fun energy. See you guys soon!"

Meet The Team
Co-founders, Josh and Andy met in 2003 as teenagers at summer camp in Chautauqua, New York. After high school they both moved around quite a bit for college and career ventures. They settled in Colorado in 2009 and love how outdoor oriented the community is here.
Their two young sons; Phoenix and Jasper inherited their love for nature and can most often be found playing outside. After graduating from college, Josh worked as a chef for Frasca Food and Wine as well as Dry Storage, and Andy taught at Colorado Ballet and the Jewish Community Center. However, when the pandemic set in, they were both laid off and had to come up with another source of income, which is how their family business was born!
In March of 2022 they opened Mountain Mineral Market and two weeks later they welcomed their second child, Jasper. Since then it has been a whirlwind of work, fun, and adventures! They are so grateful for this opportunity to share their passion for the natural wonders of the earth with others!
